This acquisition enhances their product portfolio, particularly with unalloyed and low-alloyed solid wires for high-quality automated welding applications and for surface protection (hardfacing). The collaboration aims to advance their offerings towards achieving "The Perfect Weld Seam" and supports sustainable, European-made welding solutions. The existing management of Italfil SpA will remain in place, ensuring continuity in business operations.
