Lincoln Electric announced the acquisition of Vanair Manufacturing, LLC, a Michigan City, Indiana-based company specializing in mobile power solutions for the U.S. service truck market. Vanair, a privately held company, offers a comprehensive range of vehicle-mounted compressors, generators, welders, hydraulics, chargers/boosters, and electrified power equipment. This acquisition enhances Lincoln Electric's maintenance and repair consumable offerings and strengthens the ongoing joint development initiatives between the two companies.
